Accreditation Status

Faith Evangelical College & Seminary is member of the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS) [PO Box 328, Forest, VA 24551; Telephone: (434) 525-9539; e-mail: info@tracs.org] having been awarded Accredited status as a Category IV institution by the TRACS Accreditation Commission in 2001 and reaffirmed in 2006. This status is effective for a period of ten years. TRACS is a member accrediting agency (National Faith-Related) of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).

TRACS is recognized by the United States Department of Education and the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE). TRACS has authorized the Bachelor of Arts in Religion, the Bachelor of Arts in Leadership, the Master of Arts in Christian Ministry, the Master of Arts in Theological Studies, the Master of Divinity, and the Doctor of Ministry.

Washington State Higher Education Coordinating Board

Faith Evangelical College & Seminary is authorized by the Washington State Higher Education Coordinating Board (HECB) and meets the requirements and minimal educational standards established for HECB degree-granting institutions under the Degree Authorization Act. This authorization is valid until December 31, 2012 and authorized Faith Evangelical College & Seminary to offer the following degree programs:
