Undergraduate Application Requirements:

1. Completed Application for Undergraduate Admissions

2. Application Fee: $40.00 (non-refundable)

3. Completed Tuition Payment Worksheet

4. Copy of Valid Government Issued Photo Identification with Signature

5. Clergy Reference—to be completed and submitted by your pastor (or the person who serves as a pastor to you)

6. Official Academic Transcripts:

      • Required: Official transcripts confirming High School completion or GED or Associate’s degree from an accredited institution,
      • If Relevant: Official transcripts from any/all colleges and other education/training you completed that wish to be considered for transfer credit,
      • If Relevant: If you have served in the U.S. Military, you are advised to order your JST Transcripts to be reviewed for possible transfer credit.

7. Autobiographical Essay under the caption: Why I Wish to Attend Faith Evangelical College & Seminary which will include a description of your life, ministry, abilities, career objective, and personal growth (specifications: 3-4 pages typed)

8. If English is not your primary Language: Acceptable TOEFL or IELTS score (minimum 550 paper, 213 computer, 79 internet or IELTS 6.5)

Graduate Application Requirements:

1. Completed Application for Graduate Admissions

2. Application Fee: $40.00 (non-refundable)

3. Completed Tuition Payment Worksheet

4. Copy of Valid Government Issued Photo Identification with Signature

5. Clergy Reference—to be completed and submitted by your pastor (or the person who serves as a pastor to you)

7. Autobiographical Essay under the caption: Why I Wish to Attend Faith Evangelical College & Seminary (maximum 5 typed pages, double-spaced) discussing the following: Your conversion and call to ministry and/or leadership, description of your immediate family, past ministry and/or leadership experience, profile of current ministry and/or leadership situation, goals for personal and professional development, ways the seminary program will help in achieving those goals.

8. Recent Substantive Academic Paper that fully and accurately demonstrates your ability to write and do research at the doctoral level. It should be 12 pages in length (20 pages maximum), double-spaced, with an appropriate title page, properly executed footnotes and a complete bibliography (The Chicago Style documentation system is preferred).

      • For admissions to the DSL program, the paper will be on a topic such as leadership, marketplace, or related.
      • For admissions to the DMin program, the paper will be on a biblical, theological or ministerial topic.

9. If English is not your primary Language: Acceptable TOEFL or IELTS score (minimum 600 paper, 250 computer, 100 internet or IELTS 7.0).
